We got our start grinding it out at Onnit. It was a lot of work, but we were stoked to do it because we were in an industry we loved, surrounded by the best podcasters in the world. We are looking for someone who can have that attitude, take ownership of their life, enter the dojo, and join something dope.

Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations Management:
      • Oversee daily operations of the podcast studio, ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained and operational.
      • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs or replacements as needed.
      • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies or upgrades.
  • Production Oversight:
      • Supervise live podcast productions to ensure sound and video quality.
      • Collaborate with producers, hosts, and guests to meet creative and technical goals.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve audio/visual issues during sessions.
      • Implement best practices for recording and post-production workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Team Coordination:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during studio sessions, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

    • Track and deliver production timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • A desire to learn. None of us really had experience when we started in podcasting. We have built a depth of knowledge, and we need someone who is hungry to learn.
      • Any experience in podcast production, audio engineering, or studio management.
      • A fan of podcasts and the podcast industry
      • Be incredibly online. The more online, the better.
